The Fiji Rugby Players Association is a team that represents and supports current and former Fijian rugby players.
Our mission is to protect players’ welfare, advocate for their rights, and support their development on and off the field. We are committed to strengthening the future of rugby in Fiji by putting players first and giving back to our communities.

To protect players’ welfare, amplify their voices, and support their growth during and after their rugby careers.
To represent and support current and former Fijian rugby players by advocating for their rights, promoting player welfare and wellbeing, and providing opportunities for personal, professional, and life development throughout and beyond their rugby careers.
Our Vision
A strong and united rugby community where every Fijian player is supported on and off the field.
To see all Fijian rugby players respected, supported, and empowered to thrive on and off the field, while contributing positively to their families, communities, and the future of rugby in Fiji.
